CNC Machining
Our production has high-precision CNC machining centres ranging from 3-axis to 5-axis, which means that even extremely complex components can be manufactured by us. By using the latest CAD/CAM systems, our capabilities are almost unlimited to cover a wide range of applications such as the construction as well as the machining of housings, cast and welded parts, prototypes, test carriers, mould inserts, die electrodes and much more. Testing and analysis
Before the cooling systems developed together with our customers are assembled, they are subjected to thorough and precisely documented testing by our trained employees. Assembly
The assembly of the components, which have been thoroughly tested and analysed beforehand, is also carried out in-house so that the cooling systems we develop and produce can fulfil their intended purpose 100 per cent. During assembly, even complex cooling solutions pose no problem for our employees, who are specially trained for the corresponding cooling solutions, with all steps being seamlessly documented and monitored.
