COOLING WITH OIL-BASED COOLANT
In addition to the water/glycol-based coolants, we also offer oil-based alternatives (mineral, ester or siloxane oil) with our innovatek Dielectric Coolant coolants.
In contrast to the coolants of the Protect family, these are dielectric and can therefore directly absorb the waste heat from the electrical components without the use of additional heat sinks and insulators – even at very high voltages, as is the case, for example, with very powerful charging cables for electric vehicles (e-mobility). Even cooling in the megawatt range (e.g. for electric trucks and buses) is no problem with our high-quality cooling oils.
Of course, our cooling oils are also fully convincing due to their excellent durability as well as their corrosion protection of different metals (e.g. aluminium and copper), whereby these vary depending on the cooling oil used.
We currently offer six oil-based coolants in our range:

Order nowDue to different environmental variables as well as requirements, the choice of the appropriate coolant is particularly important, as only with the help of a coolant that is optimally matched to the cooling system can the cooling performance and longevity of the cooling system be guaranteed.
Especially for the cooling of powerful charging stations, the use of a cooling system as well as charging cables with cooling oil is an effective and, above all, also future-proof alternative.

Environmental protection
Environmental protection is an important concern for us, which is why our mineral and ester-based coolants are biodegradable. In addition, our siloxane-based cooling oils and Dielectric Coolant E 7.7 can be used without any labelling requirements.
