With special testing and analysis procedures, we ensure that the end product desired by the customer meets the design requirements 100 per cent and functions optimally after assembly.
For this test, our specially trained employees have various test options at their disposal, which are applied depending on the project. For example, produced components are tested in terms of quality and fitting accuracy. Tightness and smooth functionality at different temperatures also play a decisive role in the testing of components – because only flawless components make it from the test to the final assembly step.
Insofar as deviations or problems are discovered in produced components, this is immediately checked and adjusted in production – to be thoroughly checked again afterwards.
